TURBIK SERIES T35
Disc Pumps
T35 TURBIK SERIES
Features
The rotary hollow disc of the T35 Turbik series, in its roto-oscillatory movement, adheres to the inner and peripheral surface of the pump body, creating a suction vacuum that draws fluid in and pushes fluid contained in the pump itself into the discharge.
Prinz 3P hollow disk pumps are suitable for conveying low, medium and high viscosity fluids even in the presence of suspended solid particles.
DESCRIPTION
3P Prinz Series T35 Turbik
The hollow disc of the Turbik series, in its roto-oscillatory motion, adheres to the inner and peripheral surface of the pump body, creating a vacuum in the suction that draws fluid in and pushes fluid contained in the pump itself into the discharge. Due to their special features, Prinz 3P hollow disk pumps are suitable for conveying low, medium and high viscosity fluids even in the presence of suspended solid particles.
The Turbik range can be equipped with:
– IEC electric motor
– NEMA Electric Motor
– Hydraulic Motor.
GENERAL INFO.
Main features:
- Self-priming without the use of auxiliary devices
- Elasticity of the pumping disc
- Low RPM
- Constant capacity even during rotation reversal.

SIZING CRITERIA
1) Choice of pump speed | ||||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
By consulting the tables below, based on the viscosity of the fluid, determine the optimal revolutions the pump should make as a percentage of the standard RPM. If the viscosity is less than 30 cSt, the optimal rpm corresponds to the standard rpm. | ||||||
