Vertical twin screw pump for lubricating oil – model SRV23

This is a double screw pump model SRV23, designed to transfer lubricating oil at over 500 m³/h.

Due to the lubricating nature of the pumped fluid, 3P Prinz provided a pump of the SR series, with noncontacting screwse synchronization gears lubricated and cooled directly by the product itself.

This configuration makes it possible to:

• Reduce maintenance costs and time (due to the use of a single mechanical seal),

• Ensure operational continuity even under conditions of tank emptying (tank stripping), where a considerable amount of air is mixed with the liquid, without loss of priming or wear on the screws.

L’vertical execution, identified by the abbreviation “V” in the model code, makes it possible to optimize the space occupied, with the electric motor installed on axis above the pump.

A complete project: designed, engineered, built, tested and painted in just 12 weeks from receipt of order.
